As well as offering picture framing from our workshop in Northampton we also offer picture cleaning, painting restoration and conservation services. These include the re-lining of paintings on canvas, retouching of damaged artworks, re-making of old frames, and full picture cleaning and re-varnishing by skilled experts.
We can handle easel paintings whether on canvas, board or panel, both in oil or acrylic. Our specialists are also adept at re-colouring watercolours and ‘de-foxing’ them – often caused by humidity and variable temperatures – and the removal of paper-based artworks from their backing. Our advice and estimates are provided free of charge, and larger pieces can be collected from your home.
