Delivery charges
Free mainland UK delivery on orders of £100 or more. Standard orders below £100 are charged at £4.95; selected large items below £100 are charged at £15. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
For UK islands and international destinations, availability and cost depend on the piece and destination. If a delivery option is not shown at checkout, please contact us for a quote. Overseas orders may attract local import taxes, duties or customs charges payable by the recipient.
When will my order leave the gallery?
For in-stock, off-the-shelf pieces, we normally dispatch within 1–2 working days. Our dispatch working days are Tuesday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. This is preparation time before your parcel leaves us, rather than a promise of arrival within 1–2 days.
If your order needs framing, timing depends on your chosen frame and its availability. We’ll advise you when you order and confirm the expected dispatch date.
Tracked delivery
All deliveries are tracked, with customer updates. We choose a suitable delivery service for the size, weight and nature of your piece. A signature may be required.
A birthday, anniversary or special date?
Please tell us before ordering if you need your piece by a particular date. We’ll check what is possible and advise you before you commit.
If something is delayed or arrives damaged
Please contact us so we can help. For damage, photographs of the piece and packaging are useful where it is safe to take them. Keep the packaging if possible while we arrange the next steps.
