Sam Peacock - Artillery Shell Teal

These distinctive pieces transform brass artillery shells into elegant and thought-provoking decorative vessels, reimagined for contemporary home use. Sam has drawn upon a passion for incorporating historically significant found objects into new artistic contexts.

The surface has been carefully painted with oils, and coffee grinds then set on fire, resulting in a rich, layered patina that echoes the tonal depth seen in many of his other works. The combination of materials and techniques gives the pieces a unique character, balancing its industrial origins with refined artistry.

These are one-of-a-kind original artworks, thoughtfully crafted and presented—an evocative piece designed to bring character, history, and artistic depth into any interior space.
