Naturally, we hope you will be delighted with your purchase and the service you receive from Primrose Gallery. If you feel there is anything else we can do to improve further, we’d really like to hear from you.
How we work
Primrose Gallery acts as an agent on behalf of each artist. All transactions carried out on behalf of any of our artists have been agreed with them in advance by a written or verbal agreement. Occasionally however, Primrose Gallery will act as principal supplier of goods.
All prices on this website include any VAT, where applicable. Please note that prices may fluctuate, as art goes up and down in value. As we get nearer to the end of a print edition, prices may increase, particularly when only artist proofs are only available. This is standard practice in the art industry.
Some items are available to order direct from the website. For these, simply choose the artwork you want to purchase and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. When you have finished shopping, click on the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to the checkout. We use a secure checkout to process our online sales, this lets you check and confirm your order, confirm your chosen delivery address. For international orders, please contact Primrose Gallery direct for more information. We will be happy to discuss the sale price, payment and shipping of these, should you decide to go ahead and order.
Confirmation of purchase
When purchasing online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation, outlining the details of your purchase. Under normal circumstances, we will endeavour to pack and despatch your purchase within five working days, unless we are framing a painting or print for you. The artwork will be shipped by a secure method, ensuring maximum protection for your new painting, print, sculpture, ceramic or glass art. We suggest you keep this email until you have received your goods and you are happy with them. Once the goods have been despatched we will email you again.
Cancelling your order
Although we hope you won’t change your mind, you can cancel your order providing a) it is not a special commission and b) we have not already dispatched the goods to you. If you need to cancel an order please email us at email@example.com, quoting details of your order. If the item(s) has already been despatched, please follow the advice in our ‘Returns’ section.
The copyright for all paintings, prints and other art forms remains that of the artist. No item may be reproduced without their written permission.
