Collection: Rae Flack

Rae Flack is an artist living and working in Raunds, Northamptonshire UK and a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University where she gained a BA(hons) in printed textiles. Having always been fascinated by surface pattern and colour, her current passion lies in natural landscapes, trees and flowers.
Working mostly in acrylics, using palette knives and brushes to create bold landscapes inspired by both the local and wider British countryside, Rae draws on stylistic influences from around the world to create unique and vibrant images. Rae also works from her own imagination to create vivid and ethereal impressionist landscapes.
Through experimentation, Rae also employs different mediums and has incorporated handwritten scripts from poems and song lyrics to create innovative, contemporary and captivating designs.
Recent commissions have included a series of eight original paintings featuring a more mystical and celestial theme, a triptych of impressionist panels painted to celebrate iconic buildings and locations used during a wedding ceremony and a series of individualistic paintings of town and country scenes from the Lombardy region of Italy.
