Francesca Sanders

Francesca specialises in painting wildlife and landscape, and promoting the alliance of art with conservation.

Francesca spends much of her time painting from life in the African bush and the British outdoors- particularly Scotland. She is represented by the Rountree Tryon Galleries.

Trained as a fine artist in Italy and the UK, she has held over a dozen solo shows in partnership with a variety of conservation groups. Francesca is also a commissioned war artist and completed an embed in Afghanistan in December 2013. She has also won several finalist prizes and commendations, such as the BBC Wildlife Artist of the year 2013 (finalist and commended) and for the David Shepherd Wildlife Artist of the year2014 and 2012 (finalist with two paintings in each year) She was chosen as one of the artists for the Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year 2015 (aired November 2015).

Francesca is a long standing friend of Love Brand, who have hosted exhibitions of her work in their flagship store, and over the years they have worked on may projects together.
