We want you to be happy with your purchase in its new environment. Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible either by email or telephone. If your order has not been despatched we will cancel your order and refund all monies paid once they have been credited to our account. For other returns and inquiries see below.

 

Unwanted items

This section applies to orders sold as advertised and excludes any work that we have either commissioned on your behalf or have had framed for you. If your order has been despatched, please contact us within seven days of you receiving your order to confirm you wish to return it. If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund your purchase price in full once it has been credited to our account, and been safely returned to us in perfect condition. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the safe return of all items to us when re-packing. The cost of the return postage to us will not be refunded in these cases, and for your peace of mind we would suggest using the same method of delivery as we did. This will ensure the parcel can be tracked and includes adequate insurance for any lost items.

Damaged or faulty items

Hopefully your purchase will arrive in perfect condition. We always pack it very carefully. However, should you find that not to be the case, please contact us straightaway. We might ask you to take photographs and email them to us, so we can investigate the matter. We will then ask you to return the damaged item for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement if possible (for example, with a limited edition print). We will refund your account once we have received and processed the returned items, and any monies you have paid have been credited to our account. In this instance, we will also refund the return postage. Please note, we are not liable for any loss or damage to returned products during transit, and so we strongly recommend that items are returned using a recorded delivery service.

Duplicate or incorrect items

As with damaged artworks, you may return any duplicated or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your account once we have received the returned item in perfect condition, and any monies paid by you have been credited to our account. Again, we will also refund the return postage.
